I have just learned that our friend Charles Reichel died of a heart attack yesterday. I don't know many details yet, but I'm sure many of my friends family members remember Charles and Sharon from our Independence Day barbecues. Their daughter Carlyn is one of Brannon's dear friends since 4th grade.
Cara and Carsten were briefly my students at Alto Park and Cara with her husband Peter are the leaders of Prospect Theatre Company, wonderful playwrights, and my Facebook friends. Please keep this wonderful family in your thoughts and prayers.

I attended church with the Reichel's for many years at Holy Trinity Lutheran. He influenced me as a teenager with his joy for life and commitment to things eternal. That breaks my heart to hear, but I know he had a strong faith in Christ. Thanks for letting us know.
