Big moment at Arrowhead yesterday morning! As I was showing off beaver dams and lodges to a group of Garden Lakes Elementary kindergarteners a bald eagle eavesdropped in lazy circles over our heads. I hope he was scouting the real estate in search of a potential homesite in the tall pines near our fish-filled lake.

Our grandson Wesley was at Arrowhead with a group from Garden Lakes earlier in the week. He talked a lot about his field trip and Mr. Shaw.
