I had a great time tonight speaking to the Armuchee Ruritan Club about storytelling and telling a tall tale. I was accompanied by a wonderfully talented young storyteller sixth grader Courtney Hucherson who regaled them with her winning tale from last March's Young Tales contest.

I love my job. Sarah Echols recorded this video just a few feet away while I was making a fool of myself nearby leading a group of kids along our Beaver Pond Walk.
