Gleaning Facebook: Big Fibber #5

Gary Greene is a renowned teller, singer, and songwriter in these parts. As a historian and storyteller for Georgia State Parks he has presented Cherokee tales at New Echota and Etowah Mounds for more than a dozen years. Gary has told and sung at events all over the Southeast, and was a featured teller at the Peach State Storytelling Festival this year. And he won the People's Choice award at the very first Big Fibbers Contest of the Modern Era. Hear Gary reprise his 2010 winning fib at the Opening Night performance on March 19, at 7 p.m., Then hear him compete the next night to regain the Whopper Hat at the 239th Annual Big Fibbers.
