Thanks to the folks at Rome and Floyd County's wonderful public library! During the pandemic the good folks at the library --- Delana Sissel, Jeanne Mann, Chuck Meeks et al --- have helped us at Arrowhead get our stories and lessons out to Floyd County students who have been stuck at home or who have not been allowed to take field trips to see us in person. As a bonus many others have also gotten a peek at what we are up to at Arrowhead Environmental Education Center. Altogther we have made over 30 videos and shared them through the library, the Rome Commission on Children and Youth, Youtube, and through our own Facebook page and individual social media accounts.
I had a lot of fun with this silly story and showing these interesting animals. (Although the slippery Bullfrog tadpole managed to jump right out of my hand he seemed no worse for the experience!)
