Back on the Riverwalk

It has been way too long. Politics and a sore knee have kept me away from my morning walks. Today I determined I'd get back to it and I did. I got out about seven and walk the "complete circuit" -- that is I walked from our house up the Riverwalk and Mt. Berry Trail to the Armuchee connector -- detouring a bit to refresh my coffee at the new service station near the stadium. Then I went back to the trail near the Vetrans Memorial overpass and through Ridge Ferry Park, across the Turner McCall Bridge and back home. 14,828 steps. Things have changed during my time away.

Pretty poison.

Savannah

Perhaps the sign of the cross is a bit of a heavenly celebration of Tuesday night?

We got an inch of rain over the last two days.
