Wait a second, wasn't it the Dems who were screaming "51% isn't a mandate" in 2004?

Does "M - A - N - D - A - T - E" include the over 4 million votes lost from his 2008 totals? Sounds less like a mandate and more like an incumbent having trouble beating yet another weak "conservative" offering. But, I'm not bitter...I'm sitting back and enjoying this booming economy and shrinking deficit.
