This short video gives a peek at the part of our park land that the incumbent commissioners asking for our votes this month want to take from the public and give ($7k an acre is "give" for this prime land IMO) to wealthy developers to convert into a gated apartment complex for folks who, to paraphrase the developer’s spokesman, “would not likely send their children on a school bus.” Well, this belongs to us, the citizens of Rome and our children and theirs. Tell our commissioners at the polls! Early voting starts Monday morning.
