SCOTUS Slaps Bush's Hand Again

The Supreme Court, the majority of which either appointed Ol' 5 to 4 in the first place, or were appointed by him, has again ruled that he has not followed the Constitution.

President Bush's slow and painful schooling in constitutional law continued today as the Supreme Court ruled for the third time in four years that he had violated a basic precept of the American legal system.

You will be shocked to know, I'm sure, that Roberts, Alito, Scalia, and Thomas dissented. If you have no other reason for supporting Obama in November (and I'll be happy to give you many) Consider this: Those four are one buddy away from a majority. We are one vote shy of a court that would agree with Bush on overturning these basic principles.
